Eric Kostiuk Williams lives in Toronto, Canada.

He has worked in illustration and comics for over a decade, with a focus in recent years on creating rich, surreal flyers for queer parties in New York City, San Francisco, Berlin, Montreal, and beyond. His practice has also included billboards, music videos, murals, and book projects.

Recent publications include Please Undle Smart & Safe, an extensive harm reduction zine created in collaboration with Gundled and Richard Kahwagi for the Queer Nightlife Community Center in Brooklyn; and 2AM Eternal, collecting one hundred nightlife flyers illustrated between 2012 and 2022, along with several comics and essays.

Recent illustration clients include Thrust Magazine, Art Omi, the Poetry Project, the Canadian Medical Association, West End Phoenix, Rutgers University Press, The Walrus, and Dazed & Confused Magazine.

Eric’s work has received support from the Canada Council for the Arts, the Toronto Arts Council, and the Ontario Arts Council. He was the recipient of the 2018 Queer Press Grant for his graphic novella Our Wretched Town Hall. He is an Eisner, two-time Lambda Literary, and three-time Doug Wright award finalist.
